The Irondequoit Public Library has announced upcoming programs.
Teen Anime Club: 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. on May 27 via Zoom. For 13 to 18 year olds. Join Tariq and Emily as we move away socially. Registration required.
“Rochester without George Eastman”: 6 p.m. June 7 via Zoom. For adults. Kathy Connor will lead a virtual tour of Rochester that will highlight organizations founded or funded by Eastman in the community. Registration required.

The Penfield Public Library has announced upcoming programs.
Take It and Make It DIY Kits: May 28. For students in grades 6 to 12. Crafts: Modern art.
Library closed: May 29-31. The library will return to its pre-pandemic weekday hours from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday starting June 1, keeping the same hours Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Sweet Bites (virtual): 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. on June 1. For adults. Taste the sweetness of poetry during lunchtime. Registration required.
Used Book Display: The Friends of Penfield Public Library have organized a surplus book section of donated books behind the photocopier. The suggested donation is 50 cents for paperbacks and $ 1 for hard covers. Place the donations in the wooden container at the display.
The library is looking for volunteers in Grades 6 to 12 who would like to write book reviews for the PPL YA Lit Reviews blog. Email [email protected] for more information.

The Webster Public Library has announced the following program.
Spring Art Show: until May 27. Stop by the library to view artwork from members of the Webster Art Club.
Outdoor ephemeral book sale: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on May 27 and Thursdays and Saturdays from June 5 to 24. Hardcover books are $ 1 and paperbacks are 50 cents. Cash or check only. Time permits. COVID protocols will be followed.
Libby Tips and Tricks: 7 p.m. May 27 via Zoom. For adults. Jenny Paxson, the Reader Advisory Library, will be sharing different features that Libby has to offer. Registration required.
Well-being with WPL: Thursdays via Facebook and YouTube. Staff will explain how patrons can focus on their well-being using library resources.
