“Even though it all started off casually, painting has always been my passion. Looking at the bed sheets in my house, I tried to capture the designs on paper. Seeing my art work, my mother started to encourage me. Slowly I learned different concepts and started drawing, then I started painting, ”says Upasana, who has created more than 800 paintings.

Since many public spaces and galleries were closed during the pandemic, we were asked to upload our painting to Facebook at once. Some 797 members attended the event.

Upasana not only learns but also teaches art through her YouTube channel called “Upasana Art Classes”. “I started uploading all of my paintings to YouTube and as the pandemic has become a challenge for many, I thought about sharing the tips with all art lovers who want to gain the skill online,” Upasana said. , who is continuing his studies at Aurora Degree College. .

Upasana also makes sure to spend at least two hours a day painting. “I have to thank my parents who have always supported me and give me all the material I needed to paint. I would love to open my own institute one day and start training people in the future.
